What You'll Do As part of our Inside Sales team, you'll partner closely with Outside Sales, Purchasing, and customers to move opportunities forward and deliver value.Key responsibilities include: Managing quotes, follow‐ups, and closing opportunitiesProcessing purchase orders, acknowledgements, expedites, and RMAsPartnering with Outside Sales to build pipeline and strengthen customer RelationshipsResearching accounts, identifying key contacts, and generating interestMaintaining profitability while supporting inventory and supply chain solutionsUpdating opportunities in Marsh's Customer Relationship Management systemThis Inside Sales role allows you to strengthen Relationships while playing a critical role in revenue growth. What We're Looking For Excellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong problem‐solving and organizational abilitiesAbility to manage multiple priorities and timelinesWorking knowledge of Microsoft OfficeBasic math skills (fractions, decimals, percentages)Occasional overnight travel (less than 5%)Education & Experience Bachelor's degree preferred1–3 years of industrial sales and/or customer service experienceOr an equivalent combination of education and experiencePhysical Requirements Regular speaking and listeningProlonged periods of sitting and computer useOccasional reaching and lifting up to 25 poundsReady to Apply?
