If you thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and take pride in delivering high-quality, precision work, this is your opportunity to grow with a company that values craftsmanship, accountability, and continuous improvement.What You'll Do As a Quality Technician, you'll play a key role in ensuring our products meet strict customer and industry standards. Depending on your experience level, responsibilities may include:Performing visual and dimensional inspections on incoming, in-process, and finished partsReviewing drawings, specifications, and technical documents to ensure compliancePreparing and maintaining inspection records and technical data packagesSupporting first article inspections (AS9102) and customer documentation requirementsIdentifying and documenting nonconforming material and supporting root cause effortsCollaborating with production, engineering, and quality teams to resolve issuesMaintaining compliance with AS9100/ISO quality standardsAssisting with audits, process improvements, and quality initiativesWhat We're Looking For We're hiring at multiple levels (I, II, III), and the right candidate will bring:Experience in manufacturing, preferably in CNC machining, aerospace, defense, or precision environmentsStrong attention to detail and ability to interpret technical drawings and specificationsFamiliarity with inspection tools, measurement equipment, and quality documentationUnderstanding of AS9100/ISO standards (preferred, not required for entry-level)A team-oriented mindset with strong communication skillsA commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvementBenefits and PerksThis pay range for this position is between $22.00 - $37.00/hour depending on experience.
