Landscape Crew Lead / Crew Member

Saline Landscape and Design is seeking reliable and skilled Crew Members and Crew Leads to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in landscaping softscapes and hardscapes. Our team members are responsible for performing various tasks to ensure the upkeep and beautification of outdoor spaces. Duties: - Participate in landscape design and build projects, including planting, mulching, and building structures such as patios and retaining walls. - Conduct landscape maintenance tasks, such as mulching, weeding, and watering plants. - Operate and maintain equipment including skid-steers, excavators, truck/trailers, and loaders - Supervise crew members in lawn care and landscape maintenance techniques. - Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and guidelines. - Collaborate with other team members to achieve our goals and objectives. Skills: - Experience in lawn care, softscaping, and equipment operation. - Knowledge of gardening and landscaping techniques, including planting and hard scaping. - Strong leadership and supervising skills to manage and guide team members. - Ability to work effectively in a team environment. - Physical stamina to perform manual labor in a fast-paced outdoor setting. - Familiarity with safety protocols and guidelines. - Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
