Board certification by ABMS (ABFM/ABIM) in Family Practice or Emergency Medicine required. Current, valid, and unrestricted Alabama Medical License required. Valid DEA required. Completion of a family practice/internal medicine residency. Possess a working understanding and support of a managed care environment.
