Employee referral bonus programAI transcription for chartingPrimary Responsibilities:Evaluate, diagnose and treat acute illnesses and injuriesManage episodic and chronic conditions with walk-ins and same-day appointments as the sole advanced practice provider for ages 2 and up. Perform minor office procedures including laceration repair, incision and drainage, orthopedic splinting and related treatments.Perform physicals such as sports, DOT, pre-employment, and annual.Evaluate patients for workers’ compensation injuries.Qualifications:2+ years’ experience in providing patient care as a Family Nurse Practitioner is requiredMaster’s degree (Family Nurse Practitioner) and appropriate state license requiredKnowledge of state and federal regulations including OSHA, HIPAA, blood borne pathogens, and related compliance standardsDetail-oriented and confident in medical best practicesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills. Competence with common PC applications, Microsoft Office and EMR applicationsExperience with occupational health practices including DOT qualification, drug testing protocols, and physicalsRespect and autonomy in decision-makingTeam-based approach to patient care.
