Company DescriptionEvolution Design is an award winning full service Interior Architecture and Design firm providing corporate headquarter design, work place design, industrial, restaurant, retail, and medical office design.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Designer located in Tempe, AZ. This position will be responsible for collaborating with the team to prepare client presentations.Responsibilities include programming client needs, space planning, schematic design, design development, construction documentation and construction administration.Other responsibilities include coordinating with principals and project team to ensure client needs are met, managing project timelines and budgets.QualificationsProficient in Space Planning, strong visualization skills to communication design concepts, Construction Drawings and Construction AdministrationStrong Project Management skillsAbility to work collaboratively with project teamsExcellent organizational and time-management skillsAbility to multi-task in a fast-paced environmentBachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior DesignProficient in AutoCAD, Revit is a plus, Word, Excel, Photoshop, and BluebeamNCIDQ or NCARB is encouraged and supportedSeeking an individual with enthusiasm and passion for their design career who is willing to take initiativeBenefitsOur comprehensive benefits include 100% employer paid medical insurance, dental, vision, disability insurance, paid holidays, vacation and personal days, 401K and profit sharing plan. along with a competitive base salary commensurate with experience.
