Role Description This is a part-time, on-site nanny position located in the Washington DC-Baltimore Area. The nanny will be responsible for providing attentive and nurturing care for children, ensuring their safety and well-being. Day-to-day tasks include supervising activities, assisting with age-appropriate learning and play, meal preparation, and supporting children’s basic needs, such as feeding, dressing, and hygiene. The role also includes maintaining a positive and engaging environment to support children's development. Qualifications Experience in Babysitting and Childcare to provide attentive and responsible supervision of childrenKnowledge of Early Childhood Development and Working with Children to foster educational and social growthAbility to prepare healthy and age-appropriate meals, demonstrating Cooking skillsStrong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with parents to ensure consistency in carePatience, creativity, and enthusiasm for engaging with children in various activitiesPrevious experience with first aid or CPR certification is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in childcare or related fields are advantageous
