Manufacturing Operator - No Experience - AWW1 Weekend Day Shift (Onsite)

Manufacturing OperatorThis position is designed to give individuals with no manufacturing experience the skills they need to become a Certified Operator at Pratt & Whitney. Employees selected for this position are required to successfully complete the customized training program conducted at AB Tech. In addition, the employee will complete all required on-the-job training at Pratt & Whitney. Manufacturing Operator(s) will be required to learn basic manufacturing processes within their assigned business unit. The manufacturing operator will be required to demonstrate key proficiencies which are required to become a certified machine operator. Employees must be flexible with their shift schedule to complete required training. There may be times when training is conducted on non-preferred shifts.What You Will Do:Read and interpret work instructionsLearn to set up and operate a variety of production equipment and measuring devices.
