Construction General Laborer

DescriptionPerform interior and exterior demolition (removal of drywall, flooring, framing, fixtures, etc.)Assist with job site prep and cleanup, including debris removal and hauling materialsSupport carpenters with tasks such as:Hanging and finishing drywallBasic framing and blockingMeasuring and cutting materialsOperate hand and power tools safely and efficientlyLoad and unload materials, tools, and equipmentMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentFollow all company safety policies and OSHA guidelinesWork effectively as part of a team to meet project timelinesAdditional Skills & QualificationsPrevious construction, demolition, or labor experience preferredBasic knowledge of carpentry or drywall work is a plusAbility to use hand tools and power toolsStrong work ethic and willingness to take directionAbility to work in physically demanding environments (lifting 50+ lbs, bending, climbing, standing for extended periods)Reliable transportation to job sitesJob Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mankato, MN.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
