About UsBest Kitchens of Tennessee is a rapidly growing kitchen design studio based in Dandridge, TN, founded in 2021, and serving the greater East TN area. We’re seeking a high agency Account Coordinator to join our team. You will play a key part in our next phase of growth in a role that helps us surpass our customer's expectations!Role DescriptionThis is a new full time, hybrid role* based in Dandridge, TN. This position requires someone who executes with extreme ownership, an exceptionally friendly and warm attitude, and truly thrives in a fast paced environment. In this role you will serve as the coordinator, executing a range of different tasks each day as you volley between our warehouse and sales. No two days are likely to be the same. Some of these tasks include: handling customer and contractor scheduling, billing clients and vendors, delivering samples to job sites, creating and working internal cases, owning and managing post sale project flows, making customer check in calls, and other similar tasks. *Up to 2 remote days per week. Eligibility for remote days will begin at minimum between months 2 and 3 of employment. This position is M-F 8:00AM-4:30PMYou are someone who:-Excels through task based work, lives in highlighted planners, and owns your day and week through proper time management.-Is confident on the phone, having no back off calling a customer with a scheduling change, to workshop a question, or to placate a concern. -Stays on top of their tasks; you always have an empty inbox. When the day is done - your checklist is done.-Isn't thrown off by a change of schedule or an unknown issue that arises and requires you to rethink your planning on a dime.-Stays cool, calm, and collected. When you're talking with a customer, nothing else matters but meeting their needs with warmth. -You're open to direction, critique, and an evolving role. -Is a team player. You don't do office politics.-Can work with a range of customers and client types. QualificationsProficient with computers and ability to learn and operate new software swiftly Ability to lift 50lbs Previous account manager or sales experience is a plusBachelor’s degree is a plusIndustry experience with kitchen cabinet or construction industries not required but is a plusMust be able to pass a drug testMust have a valid driver's licensePayThis position pays $800/week. You will also have multiple ways to earn additional income including monthly bonuses based on total company revenue.
