Inventory ManagerType: Full-TimePosition OverviewArmadio is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Manager to oversee and optimize inventory control across our cabinet manufacturing operation. This role is critical to ensuring accurate inventory levels, smooth production flow, and timely order fulfillment. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while collaborating closely with production, purchasing, and accounting teams.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain accurate inventory records for raw materials, components, work-in-progress, and finished goodsMonitor inventory levels to support production schedules and prevent shortages or overstockingConduct regular cycle counts and full physical inventories; investigate and resolve discrepanciesCoordinate with Purchasing and Production to align inventory availability with manufacturing demandTrack material usage, scrap, and waste; recommend process improvements to reduce lossMaintain inventory data within ERP systems, spreadsheets, and other tracking toolsDevelop and document inventory control procedures and best practicesPrepare inventory reports for management, including turnover, valuation, and usage trendsEnsure proper labeling, storage, and organization of materials within the warehouseSupport audits and assist Accounting with inventory valuation and reportingTrain and support warehouse and production staff on inventory proceduresQualifications3+ years of experience in inventory management, preferably in manufacturing or woodworkingStrong proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets (formulas, data analysis, reporting)Experience working with ERP or inventory management systems; ability to learn new software quicklyStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsExcellent organizational and time-management abilitiesAbility to communicate effectively across departmentsComfortable working in a manufacturing and warehouse environmentPreferred QualificationsExperience in cabinet manufacturing, woodworking, or related tradesFamiliarity with manufacturing workflows, BOMs, and material planningForklift certifiedWhat We OfferCompetitive salary based on experienceOpportunity to play a key role in a growing, locally manufactured cabinet companyCollaborative, hands-on work environmentRoom for professional growth as Armadio expands operations
