The division includes the following brands: Tullett Prebon Information, PVM Data Services, ICAP Information, and Burton-Taylor Consulting.Parameta Solutions, the Data & Analytics division of TP ICAP, is a global, multicultural business with ambitious growth plans and an increasing contribution to Group revenues over the next five years.Role Overview: As a New Business Sales Manager — Sell Side at Parameta Solutions, you will play a central role in our growth strategy by identifying, securing, and expanding new revenue opportunities in financial data intelligence.This role is ideal for a commercially driven individual who can combine industry knowledge with strong relationship-building skills to shape the future of financial intelligence. With continued investment in sales excellence, our team is well positioned to strengthen client relationships and accelerate commercial growth.Role Responsibilities: Proactively identify, qualify, and secure high-value opportunities with new clients where no existing relationship exists, while building and managing a strong sales pipeline. Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client pain points, objectives, and requirements, and position our products and solutions as effective responses to those needs. Partner closely with SDRs to ensure efficient handovers and strategic follow-up on qualified leads, optimising the client journey from first contact to close. Deliver impactful presentations tailored to each client's unique needs, supported by deep industry insights and expert product knowledge to build trust and drive engagement. Maintain accurate records of all sales activity within the CRM, including leads, pipeline health, and account status, to ensure transparency and data integrity. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to team performance and Parameta Solutions’ continued growth. Experience / Competencies: EssentialDemonstrated B2B sales experience, ideally within data, analytics, or financial technology, with a strong understanding of the market landscape and client needs. Deep understanding of sellside workflows, previous experience selling OTC data considered a plus. Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets, with a clear results-oriented mindset and a strong focus on business growth. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a consultative sales approach and the ability to build relationships, understand client needs, and articulate value clearly. Comfortable working with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, to manage sales activities, track customer interactions, and analyze data for informed decision-making. DesiredFamiliarity with current trends and developments in the data, analytics, or financial technology sectors, enabling insightful discussions with potential clients. Proficient in utilizing data analysis tools to derive insights and support sales strategies, helping to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Experience working collaboratively within cross-functional teams to optimize sales processes, share knowledge, and drive collective success. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, demonstrating flexibility and resilience in the face of challenges.
