Revenue Operations Senior Specialist

A company is looking for a Revenue Operations Sr. Specialist to manage critical GTM processes and support sales compensation. Key Responsibilities Run multi-step, cross-functional workflows including forecast hygiene and compensation processing Own and administer sales compensation programs, including plan design and payout calculations Translate business needs into technical requirements and design dashboards and reporting packages Required Qualifications 3 to 5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related GTM operations role Hands-on experience with sales compensation and tools like CaptivateIQ or Spiff Strong Salesforce experience, including workflows and dashboards Experience with BI tools such as Looker or Tableau Understanding of GTM workflows including routing, forecasting, and cross-functional handoffs
