Responsibilities and Duties Planning and implementing enriching lesson plans in line with early childhood standards. Caring for and engaging with children age 12 months to 2 years in authentic learning experiences through play, establishing & maintaining positive family, child, and staff relationships, and ensuring safety and highest quality childcare. Qualifications and Skills Ideal candidates will be caring, dependable, and enthusiastic, motivated, and work well in a team-oriented environment.
