Icicle Tricycles is looking for a Sales Manager!

Hello! Icicle Tricycles is looking for a Sales Manager to join our team! We manufacture really cute ice cream bikes, coffee bikes, book bikes, marketing bikes, cargo bikes and more! We build tricycles for small businesses and big businesses and almost all of them are highly customized with our in-house printing or laser engraving shop. We consistently build trikes for large corporations such as Google, Columbia Sportswear, and Ritz Carlton, as well as smaller homegrown businesses, outreach programs, and libraries across the country. We have been in business for over 20+ years and the business owner started the business pedaling tricycles around while in high school. Our new sales manager will be joining a good team and we are excited to find someone with the right skills and attitude to join us! We have found creative folks and artists generally have been the best fit for our team. Our crew is a small team that works well together. We are looking for a sales manager who has a good attitude, is organized, and enjoys creating sales strategies and funnels to enhance our current processes. The sales manager is in charge of lead generation, prospect qualification, initial outreach, data entry, strategy development and performance monitoring. Our main shop HQ is located in Old Town, a block from the MAX. We have a spacious workspace that easily allows for each workstation to have excessive social distancing. We value and prioritize keeping a safe working environment at all times. The sales manager job is a great fit for a range of talents, but is an opportunity to help lead a small business, correspond with customers and vendors, and work on strategic initiatives as we dream up new ways to use our trikes! All our sales growth has been organic up to this point, and we are ready to take our sales to the next level with your help! We are looking for someone who: Has sales experience Excited to learning new protocols and help refine existing procedures Able to multi task and follow through Creative problem solver Detail-oriented Self-driven Comfortable in a busy/noisy workshop environment Must be 18 or older. Skills Preferred: Google Adwords, SEO, Google Suite, CRMs Sales and finances, research and proposal generation *The position starts at full time, shop hours are typically Monday-Friday.
