Details:Pratt Guys is actively seeking a pool builder to join our pool team, working directly with our pool superintendent.Reports directly to: Pool SuperintendentDepartment: Pool TeamHours: Monday-Friday, 7am-5pm (can vary), occasional Saturdays / Full TimeDuties:Performing various stages of the pool building process:Layout & formDig & steelControlling waterPlumbing in shellOther pool related dutiesPossible operation of heavy machinery (forklift, front end loader, skid steer etc.)Duties can evolve depending on employee's skill sets and responsibilities of the role, which can fluctuate in response to daily client/business demandsRequirements:At least 1-years experience in the field related field of pool building (see above list of "duties")Exemplifies excellent skills in all areas of laborClean & neat appearanceAble to read and communicate a tape measure to the 16th of an inch.Able to safely and effectively use necessary hand tools and power tools.General understanding of common pool build processesStrives to give their best self every single day, motivated to be wildly successfulWorks effectively in a team environmentAbility to manage time wiselyUses tools responsibly and always cleans up the work area after themselvesHas a current/valid driver's license and a vehicle for transportation to and from Pratt GuysStrong problem solving skills, meeting unexpected problems head on with solutions that workComprehension of Pratt Guys Design and Project ProcessAbility to deliver the Pratt Guys experience and Pratt PromiseTM every single day (Learn about this at )Compensation:Competitive pay, based off years of related experienceHealth carePaid time off for listed holidays, birthdays and work anniversariesLearn more about job postings at Pratt Guys by visiting
