Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Property Manager based in Portland, OR. The Property Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of multifamily properties, including tenant relations, leasing, rent collection, and addressing maintenance requests. The role involves supervising property staff, coordinating contractors, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and managing budgets to ensure profitability. The Property Manager will also ensure properties are maintained at the highest standard while supporting the team's overall operational goals. Qualifications Property management experience, including leasing, rent collection, and tenant relationship managementStrong organizational and multitasking skills for overseeing maintenance, contractor coordination, and property inspectionsFamiliarity with local laws and regulations related to property managementProficiency in budgeting, financial reporting, and operational cost managementExceptional communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skillsTechnical proficiency in property management software and toolsSelf-motivated and detail-oriented with the ability to work independentlyKnowledge of multifamily property operations is a plusBachelor’s degree in Business, Property Management, or related field preferred
