Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - L&D Location: Tulsa, OK Duration: Direct Placement | Full Time Work Schedule: Night Shift – 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM (36 hours/week, 3 days/week) Incentives: Sign-on/relocation bonus for eligible candidates (must live outside 71-mile radius and commit to 2-year agreement) Responsibilities:Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient careProvide care considering patient age, cultural, and psychosocial factorsDocument all aspects of patient care using proper medical terminologyMonitor patient progress and address problems toward care goalsFacilitate patient discharge with appropriate education and referralsCollaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teamsParticipate in performance improvement and educational activitiesCoordinate activities with team members and support hospital/unit goalsCommunicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare staffWork with patients and healthcare professionals in both direct and indirect care settings Required Education: Has completed the basic professional curricula of a school of nursing as approved and verified by a state board of nursing and holds or is entitled to hold a diploma or degree therefrom. Required Certifications & Licensure: Valid multi-state or State of Oklahoma Registered Nurse License. Experience:Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery experience.Completion of an accredited nursing program.Strong knowledge of disease management, clinical pathways, and patient care processes.Effective communication, organizational, and prioritization skills.Attention to detail in clinical and numerical data.Experience in high-risk L&D settings.Ability to work in a high-volume unit (350 deliveries/month, 40% high-risk).Comfortable working in a facility with 20 L&D rooms, 11 OB triage rooms, and 3 surgical suites.Strong teamwork and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
