The Analyst will be responsible for performing financial modeling, conducting due diligence, preparing materials for clients and investors, analyzing financial and market data, and supporting deal execution. The role also involves collaborating closely with senior team members and clients to contribute to high-quality advisory services.QualificationsInternships or previous work experience in M&A or related investment firmProficiency in financial modeling and strong analytical skillsExperience in due diligence and finance-related processesUnderstanding of investment banking fundamentalsStrong communication and collaboration abilitiesBachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related fieldAbility to work in a hybrid work environment in San Francisco, CAHigh attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects
