With a focus on families, sports fans, and social gamers, Binho is building the world's leading tabletop soccer brand through innovative products, licensed collaborations, and a growing tournament ecosystem.The RoleWe're looking for a Warehouse Manager to own day-to-day operations at our Tempe facility. This is a full-time, on-site position.You'll run receiving, storage, and shipping while keeping inventory records accurate and stock levels healthy. You'll coordinate staff scheduling, assign tasks, and build safe, efficient workflows that keep direct-to-consumer and retail orders going out on time. You'll also partner closely with our operations, logistics, and customer service teams on demand forecasting, product launches, and peak season planning.If you like ownership, visible impact, and a company where the warehouse is central to the business rather than an afterthought, this is a good fit.What You'll DoOversee daily warehouse operations: receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shippingMaintain accurate inventory through tracking, reconciliation, and cycle countingCoordinate staff scheduling and task assignment; lead and develop the warehouse teamMonitor inventory movements and identify and implement process improvementsOperate and manage material-handling equipment, including forkliftsUphold safety and quality standards across the facilityPartner with operations, logistics, and customer service on forecasting, launches, and peak season readinessWhat You BringPrevious experience in warehouse or distribution management, preferably in consumer products or e-commerceStrong stock and inventory control skills, with a track record of accurate counts and minimal discrepanciesOperations management ability across daily workflows, staffing, and process optimizationSafe, certified forklift operation and familiarity with other material-handling equipmentWillingness to learn our full product line inside and outProven ability to lead and develop a team, with strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skillsComfort with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory software, and basic data analysis toolsWorking knowledge of warehouse safety regulations and best practicesHigh school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in logistics, supply chain, or operations is a plusCompensation & Benefits$80,000–$100,000 annually, depending on experienceTwo weeks paid time off
