Our mission is simple – Do the Right Thing!Position OverviewThe Purchasing Agent will oversee all purchasing and procurement functions for the Aftermarket Parts division within Alliance RV. This role ensures the timely sourcing of parts, accessories, and service related components needed to support our dealer network, mobile service partners, retail customers, and internal service teams. The ideal candidate will possess strong vendor management skills, sound negotiation ability, a strategic mindset, and a passion for supporting a premium customer experience.Key Responsibilities• Manage the full purchasing process for aftermarket parts, including sourcing, quoting, negotiation, and order placement• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendor partners to ensure competitive pricing, product quality, and reliable lead times• Track, analyze, and optimize purchasing strategies to support cost savings, availability, and customer service goals• Work closely with Inventory Control to maintain proper stock levels and prevent gaps or overstock situations• Monitor vendor performance and hold suppliers accountable for quality, delivery, and communication standards• Partner with Warranty, Service, and Technical teams to understand part failure trends and ensure stocking strategies support field needs and customer satisfaction• Maintain purchasing and inventory data accuracy within the ERP and help develop standard operating procedures for purchasing functions• Resolve purchasing related issues such as backorders, delays, damaged shipments, and vendor noncompliance• Set up and fully run inventory for the parts departmentBenefitsEmployer Sponsored Medical InsuranceVoluntary DentalVoluntary VisionVoluntary Life InsuranceVoluntary STD/LTDCompany Paid Life Insurance401(k) with Employer MatchThank you for your interest and consideration of a career with Alliance RV, LLCAlliance RV, LLC is an Equal Employment Opportunity / Affirmative Action Employer
