Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Hotel Security Officer at Conrad Nashville in the Nashville Metropolitan Area. The Hotel Security Officer will ensure the safety of guests, team members, and hotel property by patrolling and inspecting the premises, monitoring surveillance, responding promptly to security issues, and enforcing hotel policies. Additional responsibilities include addressing and de-escalating conflicts, assisting guests, coordinating with local law enforcement when necessary, and maintaining accurate incident reports. The role requires a professional and approachable demeanor to create a secure and welcoming atmosphere. Qualifications Experience in safety, surveillance, and conducting security patrolsKnowledge of conflict resolution, de-escalation techniques, and emergency response proceduresStrong interpersonal skills, customer service abilities, and professionalismDetail-oriented with experience in documentation, reporting, and communicationAbility to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations effectivelyPrior experience in security within the hospitality industry is advantageousPhysical ability to stand, walk, and respond quickly as needed during shiftsHigh school diploma or equivalent; security certifications are a plus
