Role Description We are seeking a full-time Community Ambassador to join our team on-site in Boise, ID. The Community Ambassador will actively engage with local communities and represent the Idaho Lottery at various events and promotions. Responsibilities include fostering relationships with players, retailers, and community partners, organizing and managing community events, distributing promotional materials, and creating engaging experiences that embody “wooh” — the optimism, fun, and joy of the Idaho Lottery. The role involves regular interaction with the public, supporting partnerships, and enhancing brand awareness across Idaho. Qualifications Strong interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with communities, stakeholders, and team members.Event planning and organizational abilities to coordinate and execute community-based events.Marketing, promotional activities, and public relations experience are advantageous.Outgoing and energetic personality with a passion for customer service and connecting meaningfully with people.Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel across Idaho as needed for community events.Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a company vehicle.High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in communications, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
