Roles & Responsibilities:Implement and monitor patient care plans.Monitor, record and communicate patient condition as appropriate.Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.ssess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team. Minimum Qualifications:2yrs required experience in specialty areas.BLS required.CLS PREFFERED.This is a float assignment with daily staffing adjustments every 4 hrs, with potential to be pulled to a new assignment in 4hr blocks of time.Will need basic dysrhythmia testing competency.
