Requirements: Lead teacher qualified. Experience with children 3 years to 10 years old. Ability to run the afterschool program during the school year Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to prioritize and delegate tasks. Clear understanding of child care licensing regulations including ratios. Positive and professional attitude. Ability to work a flexible schedule Monday through Friday. Understanding of emergent curriculum/learning through play.
