The Division Sales Manager will oversee and develop sales strategies, manage a team to achieve revenue targets, and build strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and I/O Business partners. Responsibilities include analyzing market trends, identifying new business opportunities, tracking sales performance, and implementing plans to meet organizational goals. Active engagement in team training, operational collaboration, and the representation of Olé Mexican Foods' values are integral to the role.QualificationsProven expertise in Sales Management, Territory Development, and Customer Relationship ManagementKeen analytical skills for Market Analysis, Sales Strategy Development, and Performance Metrics EvaluationStrong leadership abilities for Team Supervision, Coaching, and Strategic PlanningExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on negotiation and presentationAbility to work independently in a remote environment while meeting deadlines and objectivesExperience in retail, or consumer goods sales preferredBachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is preferredProficiency in Microsoft and familiarity with sales analytics tools
