Client Specialist - Orono We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Client Specialist to join our Deposit Services team in Orono. In this role, you will serve as the face of the bank as the initial welcoming contact for clients and provides superior customer service while processing client requests in person, by phone or email in a positive professional environment.Hours: Monday through Friday from 8:15 AM to 4:45 PM ***No weekends***Responsibilities:Accurately process routine financial transactions including check cashing, deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments through Integrated Teller processing systemGreet all clients, answer phone calls, monitor client services inbox promptly and access client information as requested to ensure a positive client experienceEnsure client identity verification procedure is followed with each client requestBalance assigned Integrated Teller role, cash recycler, and vault inventory in accordance with proceduresEnsure all required documentation is completed for all transactionsComplete suspicious activity incidents and process client fraud requests timely in conjunction with the Deposit Operations departmentSort, distribute, and process returned mailAssist with scanning of documentation into internal systems such as AccuPositively represent the bank in all interactions with clients, coworkers, and vendorsMaintain conference rooms, kitchen and front desk and ensure adequate supplies are availableAdhere to the bank's policies, procedures, security requirements and government regulations including (but not limited to) BSAParticipate in on-going training to enhance knowledge of banking and keep abreast of new and/or changes in regulationsQualifications:Outstanding interpersonal and communication skillsPrior retail or customer service experienceProfessional, friendly demeanorProficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPointKnowledge of ITI and Integrated Teller a plusCollege degree preferredAbout Bridgewater Bank:Picture yourself at one of the Twin Cities' best places to work, surrounded by people who challenge you, support you, and inspire you to be your best. Compensation may vary based on individual job-related knowledge, skills, expertise, and experience.
