Job TypeFull-timeDescriptionJob Title: Maintenance TechnicianWe are seeking 2 skilled Maintenance Technicians to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in maintenance and repair work, as well as a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.This position is eligible for a sign-on bonus of $600, disbursed according to the following schedule: an initial installment after 30 days of employment, a second installment after 3 months, and the remaining balance after 6 months.Responsibilities:- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and facilities- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with equipment and facilities- Preventive maintenance, painting, electrical and plumbing- Perform preventative maintenance to ensure equipment and facilities are in good working order- Respond to emergency maintenance requests in a timely manner- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs performedRequirements:- High school diploma or equivalent- Minimum of 2 years of experience in maintenance and repair work- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Strong problem-solving skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsIf you are a motivated individual with a passion for maintenance and repair work, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
