We are partnering with U.S. manufacturing operators running EV battery plants, food processing facilities, and large-scale industrial facilities currently in ramp-up across Indiana, Michigan, Tennessee, and Texas. These clients are building and staffing at the same time, and they need industrial engineers on the floor before the lines run.As an Industrial Engineer, you will work directly with U.S. operations, maintenance, quality, and safety teams to optimize processes, design layouts, and implement improvements that make the facility run better. This is hands-on plant work, not a corporate role.We welcome applications from recent graduates and experienced engineers in the US and TN, H1B1 compliant countries.What you will do:Apply industrial engineering methods to optimize production processes, plant layout, material flow, and operational efficiencyDesign and implement process improvements using time studies, workflow analysis, and lean manufacturing principlesDevelop plant layout plans and equipment specifications for new or modified production linesAnalyze production data and KPIs to identify bottlenecks and recommend corrective actionsWork cross-functionally with operations, maintenance, quality, and safetySupport capital project planning including equipment selection, installation, and commissioningDevelop standard operating procedures and work instructions for manufacturing processesApply Six Sigma and Lean methodologies to reduce waste and improve throughputWhat we are looking for:Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a closely related discipline — required for TN and H-1B1 eligibilityRecent graduates and engineers with 1+ years of plant or manufacturing experience are welcomeAny exposure to lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or production environments is a plusExperience with AutoCAD or plant layout software is an advantageEV, battery, or advanced manufacturing experience is a strong plusProfessional English — written and spoken. You will work directly with U.S. plant management and engineering teamsCompensation and benefits:$110,000 - $145,000 USD annual salaryFull relocation package included: flights, first-month housing, and moving supportVisa fully sponsored: TN for Mexico and Canada, H-1B1 for Chile and Singapore.
