The ideal candidate for this role is deeply accountable, comfortably direct, and coachable, with a strong focus on growth and humble confidence. As the COO/Integrator, you will be the operational partner to the founders, responsible for turning ideas into clear plans and ensuring their execution. This hands-on role requires the creation of structure, systems, and operating rhythms to reduce bottlenecks and allow the business to scale. You will also be tasked with holding the team accountable, building and scaling the Consultants Division, leading marketing execution, and owning financial performance.Applicants must have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a senior leadership role with direct P&L ownership, a strong digital marketing background, and professional services experience. The role demands a candidate who is general technology proficient and has a proven track record of operating and scaling within a small, founder-led business. Preferred qualifications include experience as a true #2 to a founder or CEO, building or launching new functions, and familiarity with tools such as Kajabi and QuickBooks.
