CNC Operator/Programmer

Company Information: Talent Tool & Die, Inc. is a privately owned corporation that specializes in building various types of single and progressive die productions, assembly, fabrication, laser cutting, plastics, and wire E.D.M. Summary: The CNC Machine Operator is responsible for reading/understanding blueprints and producing machined parts by programming, setting up, and operating a computer numerical control (CNC) machine; maintaining quality and safety standards; keeping records; maintaining equipment and supplies. Essential Functions: · Sets up and calibrates machine with appropriate tools prior to running parts · Programs machine to produce parts within customer required specifications · Maintains equipment through preventative maintenance and following documented work instructions · Completes production and quality logs · Other duties as assigned. Education and Experience: High school diploma or GED preferred At least one year of related experience or education is preferred Previous CNC Work Environment: Manufacturing environment Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, sit, bend and stand throughout each shift Job Type: Full-time Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Ability to Relocate: Berea, OH 44017: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
