This is a unique opportunity to leverage emerging AI technologies in a fintech environment, working with a collaborative team across distributed locations.Required Skills0–5 years of experience utilizing AI tools and solutions for business analysis, product operations, or automationExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideasStrong analytical mindset with keen attention to detail and pattern recognition in processes and dataKnowledge of AI concepts such as large language models, multi-agent systems, and retrieval-augmented generationExperience with or willingness to learn AI tools like ChatGPT for Business, OpenAI Codex, Claude Code, Google Gemini, and GrokNice to Have SkillsInternship or project experience with AI/ML, chatbots, or intelligent automationBasic familiarity with SQL or data querying techniquesExposure to payment processing, fintech, or financial services industriesPreferred Education and ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related fieldPrior experience working in fintech, payment processing, or related technological environments, particularly with AI integrationsPay Range: $25-$30/hourMissionStaff is an equal opportunity employer.
