Job DescriptionCDL A DriverCompany Overview:Well-established company with 30+ years in business and continued growth. Located in Willoughby Hills, OH, they are looking to add experienced CDL A Drivers to their team.Position OverviewCDL: Class A (Reefer)Transmission: Mostly automatic; some manualFleet: Modern, generally 5 years old or newerFreight: Produce productsRoutes: Ohio, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Cincinnati, and Buffalo, NYStops: Typically 2–4 per dayFreight Handling: Combination of touch and no-touch; drivers may occasionally load/unload using a pallet jackScheduleDays: Monday–FridayStart Time: Typically 4:00–5:00 AMHours: Approximately 10–12 hours per dayRoutes: Drivers are generally kept on similar routes but may vary based on business needs.Pay$24–$26/hour (depending on experience)Overtime after 40 hoursWeekly paySafety & retention bonuses: Up to $2,000 every 6 monthsBenefitsMedical coverage after 90 days401(k) with company matchPTO & Paid HolidaysRequirements2–3 years of CDL A experience preferredOTR, regional, or long-haul local experience preferredAbility to lift up to 50 lbs.Clean MVR with zero license pointsNo recent accidentsMVR reviewed over the past 3-4 yearsBackground RequirementsNo SAP driversNo previous DUIsNo failed drug screeningsNo sexual or violent offensesNo more than 3 total convictionsPace Driver’s, Inc. is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
