Program Manager – Enterprise TransformationRole OverviewWe are looking for a highly experienced Program Manager to lead large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives involving multiple business functions, systems, and cross-functional teams. This role requires strong strategic leadership, stakeholder management, and the ability to drive complex multi-year programs across business and IT organizations.Key ResponsibilitiesLead multiple large-scale enterprise transformation programs from initiation through execution and delivery.Manage highly complex, multi-year initiatives involving cross-functional business and technology teams.Collaborate closely with executive stakeholders across business and IT functions.Drive program governance, risk management, issue resolution, and escalation management.Coordinate across multiple systems, integrations, and operational business teams.Ensure alignment between business objectives, technology solutions, and program delivery timelines.Facilitate communication and collaboration across various departments and leadership teams.Monitor program progress, dependencies, budgets, and overall delivery health.Required Experience & SkillsExtensive experience managing enterprise-level transformation programs.Strong background in program governance, stakeholder management, and strategic planning.Proven experience handling large, complex initiatives involving multiple business units.Ability to manage escalations, conflicts, and competing priorities effectively.Experience working with integrated enterprise systems and cross-functional operational processes.Strong understanding of:Finance operationsAsset ManagementStock Purchase / Equity programsEnterprise operational processesExcellent leadership, communication, and executive presentation skills.Preferred QualificationsExperience working in large enterprise environments.Strong understanding of enterprise delivery frameworks and transformation methodologies.Ability to work in fast-paced, high-visibility environments with senior leadership exposure.
