Senior SharePoint Developer

Red Sun is looking for qualified candidates to fill our Senior SharePoint Developer role with our client in Annapolis, Maryland this position is hybrid remote. Our client requires a driver's license copy, with resume, 3 professional references and 3 projects worked on. This role is for US citizens, Green Card holders and valid visa holders. MUST BE LOCATED IN THE US!Senior SharePoint DeveloperRequirements:Bachelor of Arts, or a Bachelor of Science, in Computer Science.Five + years’ experience with the following:SharePoint development and system administration.Microsoft Power Apps integration, JavaScript, C#, SQL and .NET frameworks.M365 Certificates  SCOPE OF WORK1. Generala. Integration of SharePoint with Microsoft products and workflows. Development and supportof existing and planned Microsoft SharePoint sites, strategies, frameworks, and standards.b. End user support of SharePoint applications.2. Microsoft SharePointa. Projects may include analysis, design, development, support, and user training for new andexisting departmental SharePoint sites as well as assistance in the development of a widerstrategy and framework for online communication and collaboration. The candidate will provide senior level project strategic planning and detailed technical development and training support for these, and related projects as assigned.(1) Support daily use of and enhancements to existing SharePoint sites.(2) Analyze, design, develop, and document new SharePoint sites as needed.(3) Assist in the development of an enterprise strategy and framework for the ongoinguse of SharePoint and the integration of SharePoint with other communication andcollaboration vehicles.(4) Ensure the creation and review of designated project deliverables.(5) Provide demonstrations and training as needed during project development, testing,and deployment.(6) Document code development and related workflows.(7) Provide design, troubleshooting, and end user support of SharePoint applications.(8) Provide management reporting as designated.  End-User Support of SharePoint Applications(1) Troubleshooting Issues (e.g., Diagnosing and fixing software problems reported byusers).(2) Account Management (e.g., Assisting with account setup, password resets, andaccess issues).(3) User Training (e.g., Offering training sessions or resources on using software toolseffectively).(4) Documentation (e.g., Creating and maintaining user manuals, FAQs, andtroubleshooting guides).(5) Remote Support (e.g., Using remote desktop tools to resolve issues directly on theuser’s machine).(6) Feedback Collection (e.g., Gathering user feedback to improve services andsupport).(7) Incident Reporting (e.g., Documenting issues and resolutions for future referenceand analysis).(8) Escalation (e.g., Identifying issues that require higher-level technical support andescalating them accordingly).(9) System Monitoring (e.g., Keeping an eye on system performance and user activityto preemptively address issues).(10) Patch Management (e.g., Ensuring software and systems are up to date with the latestpatches and updates).(11) Onboarding Support (e.g., Assisting new users with their initial setup andorientation).(12) Supporting daily use of and enhancements to existing SharePoint sites.(13) Tracking progress of assigned projects, identify risk factors, develop risk mitigationplans, identify issues, and facilitate appropriate forums for resolution.(14) Development and support of Microsoft SharePoint.(15) Systems development methodologies and project management practices.(16) Communicate effectively and establish and maintain effective working relationshipswith peers, end users and vendor development staff, as well as all levels ofmanagement and judicial personnel as necessary.(17) Work effectively within a diverse IT organization.(18) Create and deliver project presentations to senior and executive Judiciarymanagement as needed.(19) Assist with strategy and design of deliverables as needed.(20) Integrating database capabilities within the SharePoint environment including thedevelopment of a plan and framework.
