Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position located in Fort Wayne, IN, for an experienced Human Resources Generalist. The HR Generalist will be responsible for a broad range of HR activities, including but not limited to recruitment, employee onboarding and engagement, payroll processing, regulatory compliance, and supporting organizational policies. The role includes ensuring accurate recordkeeping, assisting leadership with HR strategies, and maintaining a positive workplace culture through consistent support and communication with staff. Qualifications Proficient in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition practicesStrong skills in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and fostering Employee EngagementExperience with Payroll Administration, Benefits Management, and ComplianceProven ability in Policy Implementation, Risk Management, and Organizational DevelopmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAttention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environmentBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)Professional certification such as PHR or SHRM-CP is a plusFamiliarity with HR software systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteKnowledge of applicable labor laws and best practices in HR policies
