Engagement Details:Team Size: 4 Full-Stack EngineersDuration: 6 months, extendable indefinitelyLocation: US-remoteIdeal Candidate: Java background with strong AI-assisted development skillsProject Overview:New integrations team focused on a credit product that enables spending, creating bills and statements that flow into systems. Initial team of 4 full-stack engineers to build accounting integrations. Each system has different APIs, functionality, and login processes, but we have the architecture framework in place.Technical Requirements:Languages: Kotlin preferred (nice to have), Java requiredKey Skills: Service-to-service backend systems, AWS experience idealAI-Native: Must be proficient at using AI tools (ideally Cursor) to ship code directly to production at high velocityAutonomy: Strong "go figure it out" mentality—able to navigate complex systems independentlyTeam Profile:Looking for product-minded, self-starting individuals who work hard, ask smart questions, and ramp quickly.
