As an Inside Sales Account Executive, you will prospect and win new business opportunities as well as servicing those accounts won. 1st year average $85,000 total comp, with at 52k base and commision. Dial for DollarsResponsibilitiesBusiness Development: Actively prospecting and cold calling B2B targets (automotive dealerships and fleet managers) to secure new service contracts. Account Management: Serving as the primary point of contact throughout the Order Lifecycle Management (OLM) process, ensuring high levels of client retention. Logistics Operations: Coordinating "Load Builds" (optimizing truck space) and managing high-priority or urgent dispatch requests. QualificationsExperience: A focus on high-volume phone outreach. (Cold Calling) Soft Skills: High emotional intelligence to influence stakeholders, combined with a results-oriented mindset.
