Field Sales Representative

Compensation: $20/hour + bonuses for new account signups Location: Phoenix / Scottsdale Area Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time We are looking for an outgoing, motivated Field Sales Representative to help grow our payment processing business throughout the Phoenix area. This is a boots-on-the-ground sales role. You will visit local businesses in person, speak with owners and managers, introduce our credit card processing services, and identify opportunities for us to lower their processing costs and improve their payment solutions. No prior payment processing experience is required. We will provide training on our services, pricing, and how to approach prospective customers. What You'll Do Visit local businesses in an assigned territory Speak directly with business owners and decision-makers Introduce our credit card processing services Ask businesses about their current payment processor and processing costs Collect merchant statements or contact information from interested businesses Help coordinate follow-up calls and proposals Follow up with prospective customers when necessary Maintain a simple record of businesses visited and leads generated Compensation $20 per hour Additional bonus for every new merchant account signed No cap on signup bonuses Opportunity for increased compensation based on performance What We're Looking For Comfortable walking into businesses and starting conversations Friendly, confident, and professional Self-motivated and comfortable working independently Reliable transportation Strong communication skills Sales experience is helpful but not required Experience in merchant services, outside sales, solar, telecom, insurance, or other door-to-door/B2B sales is a plus Why This Role This isn't a call-center position. You'll be meeting local business owners face-to-face and will have a direct opportunity to earn more based on the accounts you bring in.
