Project Manager
Power Electronics is searching for a Project Manager in our Solar & Storage Division to help us improve and provide world - class service to our customers. Someone to be responsible for being the customer single point of contact for any open purchase order for product offerings in the USA market.Job ResponsibilitiesLeading the relationship as responsible and exclusive contact with the client, identifying their needs and resolving any doubts they may have during the course of the project.Leading the coordination and flow of information between the different internal areas, as well as managing the relationship with the client from the start of the older to the correct commissioning of the equipment delivered.Leading the convening and monitoring of meetings for the coordination and supervision of projects, drawing up control minutes to describe these meetings and the commitments acquired.Control and monitor the development of the project (schedule & milestones), identifying possible deviations and taking the necessary decisions and actions for the fulfilment of the project planning.Supervise and ensure the correct control and compilation of all internal and external information and documentation associated with the project.Supervise and control the accounting associated with the project to issue invoicing and manage withholding tax exemptions as required.Oversee the coordination and execution of manufacturing, purchasing and transportation to ensure that the company's commitments to customers are met.Collaborate in the analysis of project specifications and requirements with the pre-sales department.Prepare and develop progress and/or evolution repots on projectsReport to managers and/or directors on the development of projects (progress, hours, costs, planning, status of certifications, chronologies, etc.).Academic EducationBachelor’s degree in engineering, ideally with focus on power electronics and renewables.Experience Required3 years minimum of working experience within a technical position, preferably in a PV company with regional/international focus; project management experience required.Knowledge of the local electricity market incl. grid norms, ideally with contacts to authorities and utility companies.Soft Skills/ CompetenciesAbility to read electrical / mechanical drawings, equipment manuals and technical specifications.Excellent technical knowledge and sound communication skills, coupled with a dynamic approach to get things done.Highly customer focused and success-oriented, flexible and able to work as part of a team.Willingness to ocasional travel.Why Choose Power Electronics?We offer a competitive and comprehensive benefits package designed to support you and your family:Vision, Dental, and Health Insurance for you and your dependents.
