In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the lifecycle of their projects, managing open purchase orders and ensuring successful project execution across the U.S. market. What You Will Do As the driving force behind project success, you will manage client relationships, foster internal collaboration, and ensure the successful delivery of projects from kickoff to final commissioning. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for the client, understanding their needs and resolving issues throughout the project lifecycle. Coordinate the flow of information across internal teams and oversee project execution from order intake through equipment commissioning. Lead project meetings, document key decisions, monitor schedules and milestones, and implement corrective actions when necessary. Manage all project documentation, accounting, invoicing, and compliance requirements, including tax-related processes. Oversee manufacturing, procurement, logistics, and project reporting, ensuring deliverables meet client expectations and that leadership remains informed of project status. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably with a focus on Power Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or Renewable Energy. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical role, preferably within the photovoltaic (PV) industry and in a regional or international environment. Project management experience is required. Knowledge of the local electricity market, including grid codes and regulations. Established relationships with authorities and utility companies are highly desirable. Soft Skills/ Competencies Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings, equipment manuals, and technical specifications. Excellent technical knowledge and strong communication skills, combined with a proactive approach to getting things done. Highly customer-focused and results-oriented, with the flexibility to work effectively as part of a team. Willingness to travel occasionally.
