This is a rare opportunity to work closely alongside our Navy Strategic Systems Programs (SSP) and Army Hypersonic Programs (AHPO) partners to field several future strategic systems that the nation urgently needs.As a Systems Integration & Test Engineer, you will plan and execute the integration and test program for a portfolio TSWS program by providing the program with key technical solutions. You will develop test plans, implement tests, develop test documentation, and maintain solutions for the integration and testing of components, elements, subsystems and/or systems. The execution of this program will require this individual to lead/support various Flight Test and Ground Test events as the Certified Test Conductor (CTC) where travel and alternate-shift work, sometimes frequent, will be required. As a CTC you will lead test efforts, including test equipment specification and system element simulator development, to ensure mission success for systems integration on DDG-1000 (Zumwalt-class) destroyers and SSN (Virginia-class) submarines.Anticipated travel for this position is expected to be 30-50% of the time.>/b>Learn more about Lockheed Martin’s competitive and comprehensive benefits package.Desired Skills Current or prior LM Certified Test Conductor (CTC) certification Working knowledge and experience with Automation Framework Demonstrated Engineering knowledge and related processes in the areas of test discipline with a focus on error prevention and safety, controls logic and data acquisition & instrumentation Experience with lab/ground/flight hardware systems integration and/or the flight testing of military missiles, launch vehicles, spacecraft or aircraft. Experience with COTS equipment and system integration, mechanical/electronic troubleshooting and use of Ground Support Equipment (GSE) Test & Integration Knowledge of the latest Test and MeasurementEquipment (T&ME) and techniques Experience with integration of shipboard systems and equipment.
