This role requires deep expertise in Marketing Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, CPQ, and Service Cloud, along with a strong background in enterprise architecture, integrations, data strategy, and stakeholder management.The ideal candidate will partner with business leaders, product teams, and technical stakeholders to define scalable solutions that drive customer engagement, operational excellence, and business growth.What You'll DoOwn the end-to-end Salesforce architecture across multiple Salesforce Clouds.Lead solution design workshops and architecture discussions with business and technical teams.Design scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions.Architect and oversee implementations involving:Salesforce Marketing CloudSalesforce Financial Services CloudSalesforce CPQSalesforce Service CloudDefine integration strategies with external platforms, APIs, middleware, and enterprise applications.Establish architecture standards, governance frameworks, and best practices.Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development and delivery teams.Drive data architecture, security, compliance, and platform optimization initiatives.Collaborate with executive stakeholders to align technology solutions with business objectives.Required Skills & Experience✔ 10+ years of IT experience with significant Salesforce architecture experience✔ Proven experience delivering enterprise Salesforce implementations✔ Deep expertise in:Salesforce Marketing CloudFinancial Services CloudSalesforce CPQService Cloud✔ Strong knowledge of:Salesforce Platform ArchitectureApexLightning Web Components (LWC)Salesforce FlowIntegration ArchitectureREST/SOAP APIsData Modeling & GovernanceSecurity & Compliance Frameworks✔ Experience working with enterprise integration platforms such as MuleSoft or similar middleware solutions✔ Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
