Dispatcher/ Coordinator Falls Church, VA | 25$35/hr Were partnering with a fast-growing, people-first tree care company seeking a highly organized Dispatcher to keep daily operations running smoothly. This is a high-impact role where youll own scheduling, logistics, and real-time coordination across field teams. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy solving logistical challenges, this is a strong opportunity to step into a central operations role. What Youll Do: Build and adjust daily/weekly crew schedules Ensure jobs are fully prepared (permits, equipment, access) Communicate dispatch plans and updates to crews and leadership Track job progress and resolve delays in real time Optimize routes and workflows to improve efficiency What Were Looking For: Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills Experience in scheduling/logistics (service, construction, or field ops preferred) Experience in the landscaping, tree service or related green industry preferred.
