This role is dedicated to advancing and reinforcing health and safety initiatives, fostering a robust safety culture throughout the organization, ensuring the identification and mitigation of potential hazards.Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited ToSupport the development, implementation, and improvement of project safety programsPromote a positive safety culture among all jobsite personnelIdentify, evaluate, and mitigate workplace hazardsEnsure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety standardsConduct daily safety guidance, training sessions, and toolbox talksPerform jobsite inspections and recommend corrective actionsInvestigate incidents and document findings to prevent recurrenceMonitor contractor compliance with safety policies and proceduresAssist in risk assessments and loss prevention planningMaintain accurate safety documentation and reportingQualifications Approximately 7 years of construction safety experienceCurrent First Aid/CPR certificationOSHA 30 One or more of the following safety certifications:Certified Safety Professional (CSP)Construction Health and Safety Technician (CHST)Associate Safety Professional (ASP)Candidates must possess strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to identify hazards, enforce safety standards, and solve problems in a fast-paced construction environment. They must be self-motivated, organized, able to communicate effectively with field personnel, and capable of managing multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.All job offers are contingent upon successful completion of a drug screen and reference check.
