As a FIFA Client Success Intern, you'll work alongside our Senior Manager of Product Marketing to support the day-to-day execution of the FIFA account. This is a client-facing role where you'll represent JustPark directly with the FIFA team, sitting in on calls, acting as an extension of the FIFA brand within JustPark, and serving as a key point of contact for their team. It's a fast-paced, high-visibility position spanning client communications, marketing operations, and live tournament support.RequirementsResponsibilitiesOperational SupportSupport day-to-day analytics and operations for JustPark's World Cup program, spanning all 104 tournament matchesCoordinate with the operations team on logistics preparation leading up to game days, including data validation and communications supportBe present on-site at some matches, providing live data support and operational coverage; hours will include evenings, weekends, and the July 4th Round of 16Client & Account SupportServe as a key point of contact for the FIFA team, representing JustPark in a client-facing capacitySit in on weekly calls with the FIFA team and help manage ongoing communication across fan comms, marketing, and operationsAct as an extension of the FIFA brand within JustPark, ensuring their priorities and standards are reflected in everything we deliverSupport the preparation of materials for FIFA stakeholder meetings and check-insMarketing & Comms ExecutionSupport the rollout of email communications sent to all World Cup parking pass holders leading up to and during the tournamentHelp coordinate and create parking-specific communications to be executed by the FIFA team, including their monthly ticket-holder newsletter, FIFA app push notifications, and WhatsApp broadcast content across host citiesHelp manage the FIFA parking page, ensuring it is kept up to date and all necessary adjustments are made as efficiently as possible on an as-needed basisProject manage and coordinate across key internal stakeholders to ensure marketing information is aligned and execution teams can act quickly, including our CRM and email team, website team, and operations team working on the FIFA accountTrack account status and flag changes related to fan parking comms that require actionTrack deliverables across the joint JustPark/FIFA marketing calendarRequirements Currently studying toward a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related fieldStrong written and verbal communication skillsOrganized and detail-oriented, comfortable managing multiple moving partsConfident and professional in client-facing situationsInterested in client services, business development, or marketing, as this role sits across all threeAble to move quickly and stay calm when things change at short noticeMonday - Friday reporting in person to the Philly officeBenefitsExperiences/ Perks of the roleHands-on experience supporting a live, large-scale international event partnershipReal client-facing responsibility from day one, representing JustPark with one of the world's biggest sporting organizationsExposure to client success, product marketing, and multi-channel B2C communicationsA summer that will genuinely stand out and a story worth tellingSimplifying journeys so you can breathe easierSubscriptions to mental health assistance platformsTravel stipend for local employees
