Site Manager – Rich’s Car Wash Rich’s Car Wash, a family-owned regional express car wash company with 45+ locations across 6 states, is seeking a Site Manager to lead one of our locations as we continue to grow. Site Managers are responsible for driving sales performance, leading high-performing teams, and delivering an exceptional, customer-first car wash experience every day. This role is ideal for a confident, hands-on leader who understands how to motivate teams, grow revenue, and maintain operational excellence in a fast-paced service environment. Why This Role Stands Out $60,000+ total annual compensation (salary + monthly bonuses) Real growth and promotion opportunities Paid, hands-on management training Free car washes, PTO, recognition & rewards Health, dental & 401(k) with company match RELOCATION ASSISTANCE/SIGNING BONUS FOR QUALITY CANDIDATES Key Responsibilities: Lead all daily operations of the site, ensuring safe, efficient, and profitable performance Drive sales growth through strong customer engagement, membership sales, and upselling Coach, train, and develop team members to deliver consistent, high-quality service Create a positive, accountable team culture built on strong leadership and clear expectations Manage labor, scheduling, and staffing to maximize productivity and control costs Maintain site standards for cleanliness, equipment readiness, and curb appeal Resolve customer concerns promptly while reinforcing a customer-first mindset Track and respond to performance metrics including sales, memberships, labor, and customer satisfaction Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures What We’re Looking For: Proven leadership ability with experience managing and motivating teams Strong sales mindset with the ability to coach employees on selling memberships and services Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Ability to adapt quickly in a high-volume, customer-facing environment Prior car wash experience is welcomed, but not required Candidates with restaurant, hospitality, retail, or quick-service management experience are strongly encouraged to apply Mechanical aptitude or willingness to learn car wash systems and equipment Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation WE NEED strong leaders who can balance people development, sales performance, and operational excellence.
