They continue to expand and offer opportunities for long-term growth within a collaborative team environment.AR/Collections Specialist Key ResponsibilitiesThe AR / Collections Specialist will take ownership of accounts receivable processes with a strong focus on collections and account resolution.Manage collections efforts, including outreach to customers regarding outstanding balancesThe AR/Collections Specialist will maintain accurate AR records, reconcile customer accounts, and resolve discrepanciesPrepare and process customer invoices and apply payments accuratelyMonitor aging reports and proactively follow up on past-due accountsThe AR/Collections Specialist will support month-end close with reconciliations and reportingThe AR/Collections Specialist will partner with internal teams to ensure accurate billing and timely issue resolution Qualifications of the AR/Collections Specialist Role 2+ years of Accounts Receivable and/or collections experienceStrong communication skills with the ability to handle collections professionallyExperience with ERP systems and Microsoft OfficeHighly organized with strong attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
