Manufacturing Engineer Technician - RibbitZ

Our client RibbitZ is looking for Manufacturing Engineer Technician in West Chester.Senior level CNC programming and machining technical leader supporting precision medical device manufacturing. Provides technical leadership, training, and process ownership across CNC machining cells supporting precision medical device manufacturing. Responsible for defining machining processes, developing CNC programs, setting up machines, leading machinists, and driving quality, efficiency, and on-time production across Mazak and Swiss platforms.Must-Have Requirements:8+ years of experience in a production machining environmentExpert-level CNC programming and machining experience5+ years programmingCNC programming using CAD/CAM softwareStrong knowledge of machining methods and toolingAdvanced blueprint reading and GD&T proficiencyExperience performing First Article Inspections and precision inspectionExperience creating and maintaining setup documentation, SOPs, and process controlsAbility to lead machinists and manufacturing assistants within a cellExpert machinist can make any partPreferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering Technology or related fieldEngineering degree or equivalent hands-on experienceAdvanced programming knowledge in CAD/CAM (Mastercam, CamWorks, or SolidWorks CAM)Medical device or regulated manufacturing experienceExperience supporting new product introductions and process developmentStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in complex machining environmentsPartMaker experience for Swiss concentrationMazatrol experience for Mazak concentrationMazak 5-Axis Programmer & Machinist – Mazak Specific Integrex and VariaxisPrograms, sets up, and supports Mazak 5-axis CNC machines for high-precision medical device components. Develops CNC programs, supports production, performs inspections, and provides technical guidance to machinists to meet quality and production requirements.Swiss Type Programmer & Machinist – Star CNC Swiss MachinesPrograms, sets up, and supports Star CNC Swiss type machines for high-precision medical device components. Develops CNC programs, supports production, performs inspections, and provides technical guidance to machinists to meet quality and production requirements.Shifts Available:1st Shift 7:00 am – 3:30 pm2nd Shift 3:00 pm – 11:30 pm3rd Shift 11:00 pm – 7:30 amCompensation:$32.00 – $45.00 per hour with OT$75,000 to $120,000 per year on an exempt basis
