Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our dynamic food service team. As a Dishwasher, you will play a vital role in ensuring our kitchen is clean and organized, and our guests receive exceptional service. Duties: - Clean and sanitize all dishes, utensils, and equipment in a timely and efficient manner. - Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards. - Assist cooks and servers in preparing meals, including food preparation and presentation. - Help with food delivery and setup for catering events and banquets. - Restock kitchen supplies and ensure that all areas of the kitchen are well-stocked and organized. - Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during peak hours. - Provide exceptional hospitality to guests, responding to their needs promptly and with a smile. - Maintain a clean and tidy dish room, including the dishwashing area and surrounding areas. - Operate and maintain kitchen equipment and machinery to ensure efficient and safe operation. Experience: - Previous experience in a food service or catering environment is highly desirable. - Experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment with a focus on quality and cleanliness. - Knowledge of food preparation and presentation techniques is an asset. - Experience working in a hotel or restaurant setting is beneficial. - Ability to work in a dynamic and high-pressure environment with a focus on teamwork and collaboration. - Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy loads are essential for this role.
